As a person who has half of Chongqing stomach, I must say that the soup base tastes quite authentic, and the dishes served in the pot are presented quite delicately. Looking at the menu, we ordered "Old Chongqing Air-Transported Dishes", and we guessed that only the tripe was worth transporting from Chongqing. I don't know if it was really air-transported from Chongqing. The service was very good, and there was a dedicated waiter watching almost every two tables, and they responded quickly to customer requests. Judging from the price-to-volume ratio, the price should be considered relatively expensive in Taiyuan.
